1 As part of the signup process, Housing
Association Software Inc. will collect various personal details from you
including, but not limited to, the following: name, address, telephone number,
e-mail address.
2 This and any other information that we collect from you will be used only to
provide you with our own services.
3 If you ask us to register a domain name on your behalf, we will need to pass
some of your personal details on to a registration agent of our choice. These
details are needed in order that you can be named as the registrant of the
domain, i.e. the domain owner. Some or all of these details will be visible to
anyone who performs a WHOIS search on your domain name. You may also be
contacted by the domain registry (e.g. Nominet for .uk domains) in relation to
your domain.
4 Under no other circumstances will we pass on any of your information to a
third party, unless required by law.
5 All customers will from time to time receive important information related to
our services, for example details of planned maintenance.
6 These communications will normally be made via e-mail.
7 On occasion we may also send out other e-mails to our customers, for example
promotion of new services or special offers. You can request to be opted out of
such e-mails by
contacting us.
8 In certain circumstances customers may be contacted by telephone or post,
although normally this would only be done if specifically requested or if e-mail
communication is unsuccessful.

contact us to request that your details are updated at
any time.
10 If you wish to see a full copy of our records relating to you and the
services you have purchased from us, please e-mail us quoting your username. We
will return the requested information within 7 days.
